- FHA Insurable – Home is move in ready and eligible fortraditionalFHA financing or FHA 203K financing.
- FHA Insurable with Repair Escrow – Home has less than$5000 of REQUIRED repair. These properties are eligible for a HUD$100 Down FHA with Repair Escrow OR, if you’d like to do additional repairs, a FHA 203K Loan
- Not FHA Insurable – These properties MUST go with a FHA 203K loan
